Important Information About Your Session

Thank you for choosing Jennie Wren Photography to capture your beautiful memories! I value your time as well as my own, so I have created this list of policies to help your session run smoothly from inquiry to photo delivery. Before you schedule your session, please view your package details on this website, and this policies list in its entirety.

-All session fees are required within 24 hours of booking to reserve your appointment. If payment is not in, your session slot may be offered to another client.

-All session fees are non-refundable. In the event of a cancellation/reschedule your payment will be credited. Credits go toward another session.

-Please give at least 48 hours notice in the event of a cancellation/reschedule.

-For outdoor portraits, lighting and location are very important factors in getting good results. While location suggestions are taken into consideration, some locations may not be suitable for specific times/seasons, or at all.

-Your session may be rescheduled due to weather. If we are going to have excessive wind, rain, snow, or dark conditions I will contact you the day of your session and reschedule. I typically wait until 6 hours prior to your session to make the call based on weather radar. Being so close to the lake, the weather does tend to change unexpectedly and abruptly.

-The number of images per session varies based on content & clients. There is no way to estimate the number of images you'll get from your session, but each session comes with a guaranteed minimum.

-Processing time varies seasonally & based on session. Peak season is May thru January & turn around time may take longer based on high volume of sessions.

-Family, Portrait, Cake Smash sessions- your images will be placed into a private gallery for viewing & downloading/saving to your device(s) a computer is ideal, as some phones/tablets do not support this software.

-Please do not, for any reason, screenshot images from galleries or social media. Screenshots degrade and distort the images. When sharing please use the share icon, or save/download the image to get the full resolution. Do not print images from social media as they are low resolution.

-Local print companies (Meijer, Walmart, Rite Aid, Walgreens) are not recommended for printing, as the color and contrast may be drastically different than in the original image. I HIGHLY recommend printing through your gallery to obtain the best quality prints and products. If you would rather order online, I recommend www.mpix.com.
