FAQ

Do you do family photography?

I am no longer taking on new clients for family sessions- I am referring all new clients to Sarah Papes Photography. You can find her on Facebook, Instagram, and online at www.sarahpapesphotography.com. If you are a past client of mine, I am happy to do a family session for you. Please reach out to me for details.

Do I need to bring anything to my session?

You do not need to bring a thing! For all newborn and child sessions, I have a fully stocked studio with everything you might want! If there is a special prop you would like that I do not have, don't hesitate to ask if I can add it to my studio before your session. I LOVE props!

How do I pay for my session?

All portrait session fees are due at booking. This fee is non-refundable, but can be used toward a future session. For newborn sessions, you will choose a digital and/or print package once your gallery is ready to preview, approx 1 week after the session. Paypal is my preferred method of payment and this is how I generally invoice clients.

Where will my session be held?

All newborn and cake smash sessions are done at my studio in Ludington. I am conveniently located at 215 N Jebavy Drive suite A.

How will I receive my images? What is your turn-around-time?

NEWBORN SESSIONS- In most cases, a sneak peek image will be posted to Facebook and/or Instagram the day of your session. Your final gallery will be ready for you to preview in approx. 2 weeks from your session. When you have chosen your images, I will send an invoice. After payment is received, I will deliver your high-resolution, watermark-free images via email. If you order prints and/or products, they will be delivered to the address of your choice within 2 weeks of ordering.
ALL OTHER SESSIONS- Sneak peeks will be provided the day of your session, and your finished gallery will be ready in 2 weeks.

How do I order prints and products?

NEWBORN SESSIONS EXCLUDED-
You can order professional-quality prints and products right through your gallery! Just click on the shopping cart icon for each image you'd like to order. OR- you can download your gallery and order prints & products elsewhere. However, I HIGHLY recommend you print through a high-quality photo lab such as www.mpix.com. Photo quality can be sub-par if you order through Walmart or Walgreens, etc.I LOVE to help my clients get their art printed, so don't hesitate to ask if you need help choosing and purchasing products.
